FOSHEE, Mary Lael Whelchel

Mrs. Mary Lael FOSHEE, for the last 16 years a school teacher, passed away at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Francis Whelchel in Byron Friday afternoon at 4:40 o’clock. Death came after an illness of several months with pulmonary tuberculosis. The deceased was born at Noblesville on April 26, 1895, the daughter of Francis and Mary Whelchel. She was united in marriage to Foster Fooshee on March 26, 198. She was a member of the Laketon Wesleyan Methodist Church. Surviving are the husband, one daughter, Eleanor May; the father and mother; two brothers, Paul and Ralph both of near Waveland and one sister, Mrs. Edgar Staggs, Byron. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock at Wesleyan Methodist Church, Byron.

Mrs. Foster (Whelchel) Foshee Mrs. Mary Lael Foshee died at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Francis Whelchel, west of Byron, on Friday afternoon, of tuberculosis. She was born near Noblesville, April 26, 1895. She was married to Mr. Foshee, March 18, 1918. She is survived by the husband and one daughter, Eleanor May, by the parents, two brothers, Paul and Ralph, and one sister, Mrs. Edgar Staggs.  --kbz
